Shipping Policy
· The estimated delivery time
will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 7 to 10 business days to
deliver an order within India.

Sundays,
and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Orders placed after 1 pm IST on Friday/ Saturday will be processed the
following Monday morning, major Holidays excluded.
·
Sometimes,
delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not
limited to unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather
conditions or political disruption or strikes
·
Shipping
rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and
the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges will be
displayed at the time of checkout when the shipping address is provided.

All
our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please
do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or
damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged
area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the
carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product
was received in a good condition.

If
your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the
products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are
ready.
·
We
don’t do International Shipping now.
PROCESSING
YOUR ORDER
·
Once
your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail/whatsapp/text message with the tracking number of your package.
·
Orders
will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times*before it
is returned to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address
including PIN and a contact number to ensure faster delivery.
·
If
you are based out of a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area,
please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details
to [email protected] and we will arrange
for a suitable service to deliver the product. Please note that some carriers
may charge an additional sum or surcharge to deliver at remote locations, in
such cases we will intimate you the additional charge prior to the delivery of
the same.

Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If we process a refund, the cost of shipping, and any
import duties, levies, payment gateway charges and currency conversion fees as
part of the refund process of the product will be
deducted. (Legal Opinion) Depending on where you live, the time
it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refund
and return policy
Before you decide to return or exchange, please take a few minutes
to understand that our Home Improvement products are handmade using natural
products by skilled artisians of India. Thus each product may have minor
imperfections and unique grain pattern guaranteeing that no two pieces are
exactly the same but therein lays its beauty. Quality testing and control is
stringent and is done for all our products before they are dispatched.
Hence Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if your order
is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In that case
you may return them in exactly the same way (unused, with original packaging).
A)
Simple Return Process
1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must
email us at [email protected] to notify us.
2. Please send us opening the box video, before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be
returned then it is up to the discretion of our Quality Control team to decide
whether product is approved for return.
3. Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Control team
has authorized the return we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods
and return them to us.
4. We will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a
refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
Refunds can only be made after we have received the shipment in its original
packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the product. We are not
responsible for any lost or damaged packages and are not liable for any returns
that were not informed prior. As the charge to your credit card/account would
have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized
the payment we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment
Gateway, if applicable, as per the situations given below.
B)
Refunds will be done in the following case
1. In case a wrong item has been shipped to you.
2. Packages lost in transit.
3. Quality Control issues.
C) No refunds will be given in the following cases
1. If the product is not faulty or damaged.
2. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
3. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade so
there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
4. Size Issues. Please review size and contents carefully before
confirming the order.
5. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
6. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box
address.
7. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier
agent.
8. Package refused by recipient.
